Return Policy

Any returns must be accompanied by a receipt.  That is another good reason for having an account because we will have your receipt on file if you have misplaced your copy.  In order to return anything..

  • Returns are for exchange or store credit only.
  • No Returns on Nail items or Cosmetics.
  • returns must in re-sellable condition (un-used,not damaged packaging or product)
  • returns within 60 days.
  • A current item (not discontinued, clearance, holiday, or old packaging)

Store purchase can be returned to the store where you bought it.  Purchases through your DSC (sales rep / Distributor Sales Consultant) have to be processed in Springfield and will take a little longer to be reflected on your account.)  Any returns under $100 will not be assessed a restocking fee.
